How SCENVO handles your data
SCENVO is an independent software service operated from Vietnam. For privacy requests, email cao@scenvo.net.
Account information
Email signup stores your name, email, protected password credential, consent, and security-session records. Google sign-in provides a verified account identifier, email, name, and optional profile image. SCENVO never receives your Google password.
Scripts, transcripts, videos, and comments
Submitted scripts, video transcripts, scores, evidence, sampled-frame observations, saved history, and creator comments are stored for your account until you delete them or delete the account. Uploaded video files are private and kept for up to two days. If your plan's active-video allowance is full, the oldest active video is deleted when you upload a new one. File metadata remains with the account so SCENVO can explain when a file expired or rotated out. Cloudflare processes video audio and sampled frames to provide transcription and visual assessment.
Service providers
SCENVO uses Cloudflare for hosting, database, private storage, media processing, transcription, visual assessment, and security; Google for optional sign-in; Resend when transactional email is configured; and Paddle for subscription billing. Paddle acts as merchant of record and keeps payment, tax, refund, and buyer-support records under its own obligations. See Paddle’s Privacy Policy.
Retention
- Video files: automatically deleted after two days, or earlier when the oldest active video rotates out for a new upload.
- Sampled-frame observations: retained with the saved review until you delete the review or account.
- Expired account tokens: deleted after expiry; used tokens within seven days.
- Expired sessions: removed after the operational cleanup window.
- Operational error records: retained for up to 90 days.
- Security activity: retained for up to 12 months while the account exists.
- Scripts, transcripts, scores, comments, and profile data: retained until you delete the record or account.
- Paddle transaction and tax records: retained by Paddle where legally required, even after SCENVO account deletion.
Your controls
From your account, you can download a JSON copy of your SCENVO data and permanently delete your account. Account deletion removes associated scripts, transcripts, comments, sessions, identities, and R2 video objects. An active subscription must be canceled first so account deletion cannot hide ongoing billing.
Security and complaints
SCENVO uses secure server-side sessions and HttpOnly cookies. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected privacy or security issue to cao@scenvo.net.
