SCENVO Terms of Use

SCENVO is an independent, founder-operated software service based in Vietnam. It provides pre-publish creative-readiness assessments for short-form scripts, transcripts, and customer-uploaded videos. Contact SCENVO at cao@scenvo.net.

What SCENVO provides

Free visitors can preview a creative-readiness score. Paid plans provide complete score evidence, confidence and coverage information, ordered revision priorities, saved assessment history, and eligible private video assessment. SCENVO evaluates material supplied by the customer; it does not provide generated scripts, images, music, voice, or videos. Current prices, credits, and deliverables are listed on the pricing page.

Evaluation limits

Scores and revision priorities are preparation guidance, not predictions or guarantees of views, retention, sales, platform distribution, or legal compliance. Visual assessment inspects sampled frames rather than the full continuous video. It may miss brief edits, small text, delivery nuance, emotion, sound issues, or other evidence between samples.

Your content

You keep ownership of your scripts and videos. You authorize SCENVO and its listed providers to process submitted content only to provide the features you request, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Do not upload unlawful content or content you lack permission to use.

Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds

Paddle acts as merchant of record for any future paid subscription. The checkout price and billing period control the purchase. You may manage or cancel using the SCENVO billing link or Paddle receipt. See the Refund Policy. Contact cao@scenvo.net if the self-service route fails.

Availability and suspension

SCENVO may interrupt or restrict access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, provider outages, or legal compliance. Accounts that misuse the service may be suspended.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Before starting a formal dispute, contact cao@scenvo.net so the issue can be reviewed in good faith. Paddle buyer terms may separately govern payment matters.

Changes

Material changes will receive a new version date. Continued use after an effective change means the revised terms apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
